Customer Relationship Management Specialist


Location:​​ Remote (Must be within MA - driving distance to Billerica)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a part time detail-oriented and investigative Customer Relationship Maintenance Specialist to support the ongoing health and accuracy of our HubSpot CRM database. This role is focused on maintaining, cleaning, and expanding existing contact records through proactive outreach and documentation. This is a remote position based in Massachusetts, 20 hours per week.

 

This is not traditional cold calling. Instead, this role centers on CRM maintenance calling — reconnecting with aged contacts, confirming information, identifying replacements when contacts have changed roles, and strengthening communication channels to ensure future outreach is successful. The ideal candidate enjoys research, asking questions, and uncovering accurate information. Persistence, organization, and strong documentation skills are essential.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct directed outreach to aged or inactive CRM contacts (call/email)

  • Confirm employment status, contact information

  • Identify replacements when necessary

  • Verify and update contact information

  • Update CRM records (HubSpot) with accurate and detailed notes

  • Weekly activity summary and general findings update

  • Work closely with Marketing to assess contact quality and engagement status

  • Identify opportunities to expand contact lists within organizations

Electrical Engineer

Position Summary:

Frontrunner Bus Group is a rapidly growing bus manufacturing company based in Billerica, Massachusetts. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to support the development and production of Frontrunner’s minibus product line.

 

Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, the Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and wiring harnesses used in Frontrunner buses. This role will support electrical integration from design through production, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

 

The Electrical Engineer will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service teams to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous product improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and support the development of electrical systems and wiring harnesses used in Frontrunner buses.

  • Ensure electrical system design and installation comply with applicable FMVSS/CMVSS and other regulatory standards.

  • Create and maintain as-built wiring schematics and electrical documentation for all bus configurations using CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD).

  • Provide engineering support to production, quality assurance, and customer service teams to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability.

  • Develop and maintain assembly work instructions for electrical installation in bus production.

  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers on electrical components, design changes, and technical issues.

  • Support manufacturing process improvements and assist with troubleshooting production-related problems.

  • Analyze technical issues and implement corrective actions to improve product performance and manufacturability.

  • Provide recommendations for product and process improvements.

  • Assist in training production staff on proper electrical installation and assembly procedures.

  • Participate in bid preparation and proposal reviews, providing technical documentation and engineering input.

  • Support engineering change management and documentation updates as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the automotive, vehicle manufacturing, or transportation industry.

  • Experience using CAD design software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD for electrical schematics and documentation.

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring harness design, and vehicle electrical integration.

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (FMVSS/CMVSS) is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Operational Excellence (OPEX) Manager

Description Summary:

The OPEX Manager is responsible for leading the quality, continuous improvement, safety, and process engineering activities. The position will work closely with the Plant Manager to ensure world class performance is achieved in all areas of the business.

Reporting:

The Quality and Warehouse Materials Teams will report to the OPEX Manager who will report to the COO. The OPEX Manager will be dotted line to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Materials and Quality daily SQDCI process.

  • Ensure planners plan the availability of assigned items to support the company’s customer service and inventory turn objectives.

  • Direct, lead, and guide all OpEx initiatives.

  • Work with management to develop strategies to ensure ongoing education of all employees in OpEx initiatives.

  • Analyze and develop recommendations to update the manufacturing facilities’ implementation plans.

  • Facilitate robust manufacturing process at supplier locations by developing training modules and hands-on implementation.

  • Facilitate multiple team Kaizen events.

  • Facilitate Value Analysis events at each of the Segment’s locations and within each product category.

  • Track productivity performance (major projects) by location and product category.

  • Provide documentation of results and benefits achieved.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience on cost out projects.

  • Strong English leadership and results oriented skills.

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • More than 5 year's job-related experience.

  • Extensive experience in new product development or new product introduction, preferably in the field of Turbo machinery, including Engineering Management experience.

  • Demonstrated change management experience, and the proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve measurable results.

  • Fluent in the Spanish language is required.
