HR Generalist

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the HR Management System for New England Wheels Inc, DBA Frontrunner Bus Group (FBG). The HR Generalist will also be responsible for promoting the NEW INC and FBG culture throughout the organization and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing HRM Systems. He or she will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be responsible for interacting with all levels of employees within the organization.


Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.

  • Respond to human resources-related inquiries.

  • Assist with payroll processing.

  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.

  • Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.

  • Develop and maintain talent management processes.

  • Monitor employee morale and company culture.

  • Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Identify future staffing needs.

  • Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions.

  • Maintain employee personnel records.

  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

  • 3-5 years human resources experience

  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)

  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Production Assembly Technician

Frontrunner Bus Group is seeking a skilled Production Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include:

  • Assembling bus components according to specifications.

  • Performing quality checks on assembled products.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues.

  • Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines.


Production Environment: AC controlled, Team-based structure, chances for advancement, up to $10k annual bonus.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate’s degree in a related field.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing.

  • Ability to read/write English required

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

  • Basic understanding of quality control principles.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely.
